REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
Please inspect your order within 7 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Item has to be unused and has to have the tag attached.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by washing or drying the product. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with common colors and using a gentle detergent (this will guarantee that your product lasts longer). Overloading the washer or leaving the product in the wash after the cycle is completed, can increase the risk of color bleed.
TURN AROUND TIME
Processing time is currently 1to 2 weeks, with the possible exception of large sales. In those cases, we will keep an updated time frame on the website home page.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to be update and functional. Moana and Kai is NOT responsible for items lost in the mail, please file your claim with your local post office or local shipping carrier.
