REFUNDS / EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a no return policy. We don't accept cancellations or exchanges, please review our size chart to order the right size you need. If you’re unsure about the size you need please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please inspect your order within 7 days and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Item has to be unused and has to have the tag attached.
Sale items or products bought during a sale are final sale.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by washing or drying the product. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with common colors and using a mild detergent (this will guarantee that your product lasts longer). We don’t recommend to use the dryer, the heat can damage your product because it is a delicate material; hand drying is the best option. Overloading the washer or leaving the product in the wash after the cycle is completed can increase the risk of the product getting damaged by the humidity.
The products life depends on the care you give it.
TURN AROUND TIME
Processing time is currently 2-3 business days , with the possible exception of large sales. In those cases, we will keep an updated time frame on the website home page.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to be update and functional. Moana and Kai is NOT responsible for items lost in the mail, please file your claim with your local post office or local shipping carrier.
